1. I wish to quote for a risk that falls outside of Quotemac, what do I do?
Remember that our “Commercial & Liability Non Package” product
caters for risks that do not fit into our other products. However, if you still
feel a risk falls outside of QuoteMac please email
underwriters@quotemac.net or fax your submission to 020-7256-3109.
2. What are my credit terms?
You are required to settle your account within 45 days. Your statement of
account is available to you online via QuoteMac 24/7 in real time. Simply click
on the “Reports” tab and select “Statement”. Failure to meet these credit terms
will result in cancellation of the policy(s). For full details please email

3. How can I settle my account?
In addition to cheques and bank transfers we can accept credit cards and offer
a monthly instalment facility. For more details please email
accounts@quotemac.net
4. How do I make a complaint?
In the event you wish to make a complaint please email
complaints@quotemac.net and we will do our utmost to resolve your
problem.
5. How do I notify a claim?
There are 2 ways in which you can notify a claim.
| i) Online |
- You can notify the claim via Quotemac. Simply retrieve your client’s policy,
click on the Claim Notification icon
and submit the claim.

| ii) Telephone |
- Call our expert loss adjusters directly on the number detailed on your
client’s quotation / policy schedule (last page). If your own file is not to
hand you can easily obtain this information by viewing the document in
Quotemac.
